How long does it last

I've noticed significant fade at around 3 or 4 years

what is the difference between smp-1, smp-3 and smp-5? If I need to work on skin(except scalp) do these needles work over the skin?

The SMP one needle is a single needle that is used for most heads and always used on the front hairline, because it is so fine. Smp3 is used throughout the top of the head for people with thicker hair. SMP 5 is typically only used in combination with the dermimatch spot remover or when really trying to fill in very thick hair.

Can you use the C pigment for someone with gray hair?

Yes, age does not effect which pigment you use. The only different is that you will want to space the follicles out a little bit more to give a look of less density as is natural in an older gentleman.

Can i make pigment B into a grey wash. Pigment C does not work well on my blond clients, nor does the M. Can I dilute pigments with distilled water?

Yes, you can dilute them, but you need to be sure to constantly be mixing it as the pigments will settle at the bottom easier as they get diluted
