Perfect to tame nighttime hair
I bought this to sleep in and it works quite well. I have medium thickness long hair (goes several inches past my shoulders) and just twist it up around my hand and stick it under the cap. It might not fit if you have really long and thick hair. I've used it for over a week now and it stays on through the night and I don't find it uncomfortable. I tried another cap prior to this one that was so uncomfortable and hurt my head. The band on the other one was just too thick and tight whereas the band on this cap is smooth and soft and is simply tightened by the bow on the back. My hair is nice and soft in the morning which is one of the reasons I wanted to try wearing something like this. Usually I wake up and my curly hair is a frizzy knotted mess, the cap eliminates bedhead entirely. Really pleased.

Love this cap!
Just starting my Curly Girl journey and wanted to try a sleeping cap. This cap is excellent quality and pretty, too. Love the ties so you can control the tension on your head. I did have some hair falling out of the opening in the back when you tie it, but I just spun the tie around to the side of my head and problem solved. It does take a little practice getting all the hair in since it's so smooth. Gather up your hair loosely and grab it with the cap inside out on the other hand. Alas, when the weather starting getting warmer, I discovered I was getting too hot to sleep comfortably. I use Medusa clipping now.

Like very much!
A little smaller than I expected. My hair is shoulder length, fine and not particularly thick or thin. With practice, I'll need to learn how to put my hair in the hat so that my hair isn't flat on top in the morning. I'm using it to keep my curly hair from becoming tangled and frizzy, and for that it works perfectly. A silk pillowcase was not adequate for my objective, but this works very well.

Chin Strap remedy
I use a chin strap at night. My hair started thinning where the strap was touching... I read somewhere that you can use silk to protect your hair from falling out.. Silk has certain proteins I guess?? I have been using this product for a while now and even though I cannot tell if my hair is growing back at that spot, I can tell almost for certain that it's not thinning out any more... If you are using a CPAP and a chin strap AND you still have hair, try it out... Good luck..

Protects my hair
I was looking for a product that I could wear at night so the frizzy hair on my right side would be nice in the morning. This is the one I settled on and I'm happy with it. It kind of moves around on your head at night but I don't care about that...it solved a problem.

Just as Good as the More Expensive Brand
This is a cute sleep bonnet. It stays on my head all night and protects my hair from breaking. I ordered two of these, will order another one. I did order two from the more expensive brand, but these are just as good.
