It's helpful chocolate flavor,no bad ingredients and made fore growth the smell is good no side effects it effective very much in growth.

It does not have any side effects.It is made up of very good quality.It easily mixes with water or milk,it has nice protein content.Although,it is not value for money,Let me explain,1 Scoop has 13.3g of protein (approx.) And you can get this much amount of protein just by eating 2-3 eggs so why waste money.If you are vegetarian then you should definitely go for it.Most lactose intolerant won't be able to digest this much amount of protein when combined with milk.But if you are vegetarian then you should definitely go for it.

I tried this without sugar and more water which means taste could have been not so good but to my surprise it was soooo good ! I put about one full scoop (scoop is included) . I don’t really see any difference after drinking it for a month. Best description abt taste is baskin robins chocolate ice cream
