Quality For the Price
Perfect. This jacket fits my needs. Appears to be well made (short time to own), reasonably priced, nice vibrant color which is true to pics, nicely compactible and light weight to wear while still being seasonably warm. I wore it yesterday in Fall type weather with a long sleeved shirt and it kept me quite comfortable. Not going to be a winter jacket as I bought for travel and convenience of packing. As seen, it came w/a stuff sac, even tho I marked "stuff in pocket", which it WILL ALSO do! The pocket stuffing compared to sac seems smaller. Size wise, I am a bit taller than 5'4 (145lbs), got a medium and fit is great. With all the positive reviews already, I don't think anyone can go wrong with this selection if needing a light, puffy, versatile, nicely priced, multiple choice in colors jacket.

Great jacket
Excellent value for price. Lightweight, comfortable and nicely made. Great for cool and rainy weather. Folds easily into a bag that’s included so it doesn’t take up much travel space. Great pockets, hood, and zipper. Looks good on.

Buy it!
This jacket fits great, feels great, and looks great. It's lightweight and silky soft. The sleeves fit me perfectly(usually sleeves are too long for me, since I'm petite) I'm 5'1", 150lbs, and the Medium size fits perfectly. As I continue my weight loss joirney, I expect it to be a little loose, with room to wear layers underneath. This jacket is perfect for every day wear and hiking. It's not waterproof material, but that's OK for me. A selling point for me was that it stuffs into a little stuff sack to take backpacking. I'll be able to save room in my bag by packing this jacket. The two outer pockets are large with zippers. There is also an inside pocket with a zipper for smaller items. The hood covers my whole head and has two sinch ties to get a snug fit while sleeping in a tent for extra warmth. I'm so happy with this jacket! I'd buy more if I had the budget.

Fair value
Great little jacket. Bought it as an extra layer and it has quickly become a go to. Packs down pretty small and lightweight in the pack, and is warmer than I thought it would be. The stuff sack it comes with is also pretty handy on its own. Combined they make a great travel pillow. It’s also been worn a fair bit at the barn over the last 2 years, and taken some abuse from hay and mouthy horses. The zipper quality isn’t the best, but this thing is punching above its weight so far.

Love this jacket!
UPDATE: It now comes with a pouch. Apparently people had a difficult time, trying to figure out how to get it into the pocket – including me!I actually purchased this jacket because I lost mine during my trip – of course right before the 40° part — but thankfully, I had packed some good fleece that tied me over when I was outside briefly. Liked it so much and was so useful, kept me warmer than I thought it would (only hoped). I am thin and with fleece layers, it works to lb potty 40° fine. Keeps the wind and rain out (not rain jacket, but repel).——-I’m really happy with this purchase. I need a warm but lightweight jacket for a trip where it also rains so the water-resistance is perfect too. I won’t need it all the time so being lightweight is what I need.It is definitely warm. I compared it with my other lightweight puffer I got at Kohl’s and this is definitely warmer.Size is right on too. I have room for fleece underneath too.The large side pockets are great! Big enough for larger phones and multiple items. Plus there a hidden pocket inside. What more could you want? Love it.

Save money without Sacrificing style and performance
I was rather obsessed with finding the perfect winter coat for these cold Michigan days without feeling like I looked like the Hulk. Winter coats are often so bulky. I ordered a Cotopaxi, L.L. Bean and a Nano Puff from Patagonia. Some of them were great but I just couldn't stand paying upwards of $250 on a jacket. I came across this jacket by Outdoor Adventures on a gear site that was comparing jackets on multiple levels. They gave this a high rating and even compared it to a Patagonia Nano Puff. It's $55 so I thought why not, but I didn't have high expectations. I was blown away. This jacket is so light but still very warm. I am pretty active outside and when I go for walks it doesn't have a lot of breathability so I end up taking it off a lot. However, I just got back from a 4 day trip to Houghton, Michigan way up in the UP where it was -13 with the windchill and I was FINE! I walked around town and did not get cold and the only layers I had were a t-shirt and a flannel shirt. The hood is wonderful because you can sinch it so it's tighter on the sides so you can get the perfect protection against the wind and still see well. The Patagonia nano puff was waiting for me when I got home. THe color was almost the same and so was the fit. Don't get me wrong I am sure the Patagonia will last longer over all and it fit wonderful but it was on-sale for $230. I decided to send it back and stay with the Outdoor Ventures jacket and I couldn't be happier with the performance or the price. I will say order a size down because they do run a little big.
