Recommended for 18” or large (ceramic) grills. This wok is not recommended for use indoor on a conventional stove top. You are only limited by your imagination with this wok. The possibilities are unlimited: Our favorite is shrimp scampi! Wokking can be a healthy alternative. The round bottom, wok bowl is 16" in diameter bowl and 5" deep. Two, loop style handles are attached by rivets. You'll need something to hold the wok in the cooker. For ceramic grills, we recommend our Large Spider or Woo Ring. Carbon Steel is the premier metal for a wok. Wokking is a fast cook, so unlike cast iron which absorbs heat, steel passes heat to the food fast. Recommend Wok Accessories: Hand Protection - welding gloves to handle the hot wok; Aluminum Wok Rack to hold the wok outside the cooker; 8" Palmyra Bristle Brush to clean the wok.
