Weber Crafted Glazed Baking Stone

We have really enjoyed this baking stone. We have mainly just used it for pizza. Not surprisingly the key is getting the temperature right. I have found that if I heat my grill to 500 ish degrees, the stone itself is too hot, where you get a burnt bottom but also not cooked all the way through. So it will likely take a couple tries to get the temperature right. The stone itself fits perfectly on my Weber Genesis grill with the not included crafting insert. Pizzas have not stuck to it and it's been easy to clean. Time will tell how it holds up, but so far so good.

Bought this for my Weber s435. I’ve only used it for biscuits but it worked great. East to clean.

This pizza stone is a great addition to my Genesis grill. It is solid, easy to clean, no problems with stuff sticking to it like some un-finished pizza stones. I've made many great pizzas and calzones now!I have the 4-burner grill and find that putting this in the center with an 8" space on each side works best, so the side burners provide indirect heat and the two center burners heat the stone. Turn all four burners on high and let the grill heat up as hot as it will go before you start.

This makes a perfect pizza on a bbq grill!

Not worth the money. Everything sticks to it and nothing sticks to my regular stone. Still doesn't solve the problem of the bottom either being destroyed or raw.

I love this. It does stain but I think it’s all part of the process.

Very nice and perfect crisp crust every time.
