The badge is great. My granddaughter, for whom it was purchased, loves it. I have no reservations about the quality of the product BUT it was delivered by Royal Mail in an envelope which had obviously been opened to see what was inside. Fortunately it was a personalised message on the badge and of no use to anyone but the person for whom it was bought. I was lucky that it hadn’t fallen out of the ripped packaging. Perhaps the sellers could seal the envelopes with parcel tape to make it more difficult to be torn open. Poor showing by Royal Mail and a heads up to the seller to be aware of what can happen when the product is sent in an ordinary envelope.
