Battery issue for the unitAfter 6 month use ,Jbl replaced the damaged unit with upgraded model

Very bad quality
The worst earbudsQuality and price doesn’t matchAfter 6 months it doesn’t getting charged even though I rarely using it

It lasts exactly a year and 3 months, if you use it regularly and take care of it properly.
Sound 4.7/5Connectivity 5/5Mono audio 4.5/5Was a good journey with these earbuds. The left earpiece stopped charging fully off late. The right earpiece works perfectly still.

Good one but one suggetion
All thing is good am satisfied but the case open in on small touch, every time its open and buds some time loose in the case thatswhy not charging some times

I have been regularly using them. Working good with my both android and iOS devices.

Earbuds not charging and not working sometimes
This is really worst product I ever use it before as one of the earbud is not getting charged sometimes not working also. Please think twice before buy this product. I bought this product last month only (May 2024) but within 2 months problem started. I'm surprised that how JBL is making such a worst product like this. I really upset with JBL products.😔
