Excellent for Rubs - Seals with a Ziploc bag
Just arrived today and used for it for a homemade chicken rub for my pellet smoker. Made it fast, simple, and easy to shake on about 4 lbs of thighs and legs. I love it. Lid fights tightly. Plastic is firm, not flimsy. PS - use a regular sandwich bag to cover and seal it for moisture for any leftover run. Works like a charm. Happy Smoking!

Good product but could use one improvement
As advertised. Good price for the product. Design is good, but could use one improvement— a silicone cover to stretch over the holes or a lid to swap out for the one with holes. This way if you don’t finish what you have in it, there is no worries about it going bad or dumping. Personally, I’m using it for some DIY cleansing powder for my bathroom and that’s working well. I just had to rubber band a baggie over the holes.

For sprinkling my baking soda that I use for cleaning, laundry, etc. Will order more.

Surprising Use
Large holes make it handy for adding parmesan cheese. However, I discovered one surprising use: Handy to wash our beagle's dirty outdoor feet before she comes inside. This is the perfect size. Fill half-way with water and swirl and dry. Handle is very helpful. It may be too small for a bigger dog's feet.

Lid design wasn’t what I expected!
I purchased this 10 oz plastic dredge to use for grated cheese, but I was disappointed with the lid design. From the photos and description, I assumed the top would twist closed to cover the holes when not in use. Unfortunately, the holes are always exposed. There is no adjustable or solid cover—just the snap-on lid with large open holes for pouring. The container itself is fine, but if you’re looking for something that seals or closes to keep contents fresh or protected, this does not do that. Be aware before purchasing.
