It has a couple of settings for sonic vibrations. One acts much like the top brand sonic toothbrush and one is more like a sonic shake - which I find myself using more often. It really shakes! I like the water flosser feature but as another reviewer mentioned, it could have a little more pressure. But if you have overly sensitive gums, it does not hurt them at all. The toothbrush has a small tube that connects to the bottom and goes through a small plastic part that nicely hooks to the top of a normal bottle of water and extends down to the bottom so you can easily use a bottle of water to floss with. Refill and do it again if needed. So far, the battery charge has lasted a week on one charge. The rubber charge cover needs to be fixed so it will remain in place better. But overall, I like the toothbrush.

I bought the product after I did a dental implants to help me clean it properly and avoid infections before full recovery.The item cleans nicly, jet pressure is ok, not as strong as at the dentist.But worse is the battery, I need to charge it before every single use.Bottomline , it does what it suppose to do, not perfect, but good enough. But overpriced for the quality.
