I have been using this brand for a year now. I am a Physical Therapsit, marathon runner, cyclist, and other outdoor enthusiast. This is hands down the best tape I have found, especially for the price (my second favorite is rock tape, but it is very pricy). FYI- this is very sticky. If you have sensitive skin, you may not like this because it can sting taking it off and it often leaves a residue you have to scrub off. However, I will gladly endure that because this stays on much longer and doesn’t fray as bad as other tape. Overall, it works much better than KT tape and other brands.I also swim and the tape works well in the pool, however it does not survive the hot tub for any length of time.Of course proper skin prep (make sure the area is clean, wiping with Alcohol works well, DRY, and shaved) is an absolute must. Don’t apply over skin if they have applied oil or lotion. I can’t stress enough that you are wasting your time and money if you don’t properly prep the skin. I constantly have kids at my sons’ school who are in the athletic department who want me to tape them after they have started a work out, and tape simply doesn’t stick if they are already sweaty, have dusty legs, or have very hairy legs (plus did I mention how this stings taking it off shaved legs… this will downright hurt if you put it on over hairy legs and it happens to stick….which is kind of comical watching grown men who insisted I tape them pull off the tape.This is a 2 pack and are precut strips.If you haven’t used therapy tape before you need to watch on-line videos over how to properly apply. You should watch several videos, because some have inaccurate information.Good luck! Get outside and move!

Kinesiology tape provides amazing benefits, especially for pain relief, swelling reduction, and muscle support. It really works wonders! My husband and I both rely on it, and its strong adhesive ensures it stays put throughout the day. It’s truly a game-changer!

This foot tape is very durable. I have some feet issues due to several years of being a dancer and I work 2 jobs where I stand on cement floors for 10-12 hours per shift. They are both physically demanding and if I don’t tape my feet, I can barely walk by the time my shift ends. This tape stays on very well and doesn’t slip around. It will sometimes peel off at the edges but it’s extremely minimal. I’ve tried many sports tapes and this is by far the best. I know many dancers (ballet, modern, etc) who use and love this tape. To remove the tape, I let my feet soak in the bath for 5 minutes and it will peel off easily. I use a foot pumice stone to remove the sticky residue. I absolutely recommend this tape. By far the best I’ve tried and I will continue to purchase this brand.

Dislikes: so thin it can be hard to handle, the ends tend to come frayed easy. Have had slight issue that it doesn’t stick well if it over laps other part of tape.Likes: feels great on, does stick better than the one I bought at sports and goods, very thin so clothing can go over it and doesn’t feel heavy or rubbing against clothing, the glue pattern looks great, as made with attention to detail and looking to fulfill its purpose. Great over all tape so far my favorite I bought other types I will be comparing this to.

This is the best deal on Ktape I have found. Not only less expensive, but copper also! And it sticks better and longer than any other brand and I have use several. By far my favorite if you need K tape for more than a few days. Mine lasts about a week and even then I may need to work to get it off. Great product.

Not as good as KT but it does mostly get the job done. I've noticed this tape makes me sweat which is odd to me. Either it doesn't breathe enough or whatever materials they use. Which brings me to the next complaint as it doesn't stick as well as the big name brand. Not sure if it's because whatever is in it making me sweat or just inferior adhesive. Also this tape frays a lot more. I'm always having extra strings hanging. Its a little harder to get the backing off and the fabric feel is also not as silky smooth. Its a little rough and clothing doesnt glide over it as easily which can attribute to some of the reason it doesnt stay on as well. And lastly the pattern is not nearly as prominent as in the picture. It's a very dull barely noticeable copper pattern. Not that it's a big deal but that's one of the reasons I picked this one is it looked really cool. But you can't see it well unless it's right in front of your face. Otherwise as long as it sticks I do still get the same relief as the big name brand. The price kind of makes up for the cons but I think I'll just stick to the real deal since it stays on almost twice as long. Depending on the part of the body and how much traffic it gets I will get anywhere from only 8 hours to about 2 days.

Absolutely LOVE this tape! It has been so helpful for my plantar fasciitis and my tennis elbow. It seems to be the only tape that sticks. My Dr used two other types of tape and by the end of the day they were falling off. This one has stuck for over 6 days with showering and sweating. Only downside is I have to really scrub the residue off. But it’s worth it.
