Bought this and had the bakery put it on top of the cake. Looked great and the kids enjoyed playing with the train months after. It's small as a toy but perfect to fit on a 9-10" round cake.

I ended up only using the train from the kit. It turned out super cute! I would not recommend using the trees, they shed really bad.

Topped a birthday cake with this and it was a big hit with my train loving grandson. It’s tiny and the pieces are not that strong but it’s a great cake topper, not a toy! That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. For decoration, not for playing.

These are cute, but way smaller than I expected compared to the pictures. The packaging was not good. Everything came in a tiny white box which was not sealed in the plastic mailing bag, so the pieces were all inside the bag by the time I got it and the trees were crushed and broken. I have to keep it though because it's for a birthday cake and I don't have time to exchange, we just won't be able to use the trees

We use it as a decoration for the preschool graduation cap. It turn out great. It made of cheap plastic but as a cake topper or graduation cap its perfect. Its light weight, although the locomotor train itself its of better quality and much heavier. The train tracks snap together easily. Nice decoration for train lovers.

Poor quality, the sticker on one sign is ripped, the train tracks are way too big for the trains (it's okay, it's just a decoration), the trees shed green crumbs (not okay as it's being marketed as a kids cake topper). The only nice quality piece is the red engine which seems to be metal.. but the rest are plastic. I guess I should have read the reviews!
