Tree Sprinkler with 360° Outward Direction, Water Sprinkler for Trees That Reaches The Nutrition Zone for Tree Root Watering (11")

I am not a gardener by any stretch of the imagination but decided anyway to plant a new tree last year. I absolutely love dogwood and their beautiful blooms but because of the conditions in which they prefer (partial sun being the biggest obstacle in my back yard) I had to plant it in an area that my irrigation system just doesn't quite cover. My husband suggested we needed to have the system extended, add more sprinkler heads, but I just thought that would be such a huge expense. I decided that, for now, I'd look for a sprinkler or something that we could use to see if it would help.There is no shortage of sprinklers on Amazon and I'm pretty sure I looked at all of them. I finally narrowed my search to "sprinkler for trees" and found a few different options. I ended up choosing the tree hugger because it looked easy to use and watered all the way around at once without having to be adjusted or moved. Simple. You can also control the water flow which was a selling point for me because that means I can also use it around my rose bushes as well, which are much lower and don't need a full height spray. I'm also surprised by how sturdy it is while still being light weight.So far, I'm really happy with my purchase and have high hopes that it's going to help my young tree grow.

Works as intended. I have been using it on two new trees.The only thing that is tricky is that when I go to retrieve it,the soil around the tree is wet and my shoes get muddy.I do like the sprinkler though.

I bought this for my newly planted trees. I bought the next size up from the smallest to cover more area on the edge of the tree ring. Good quality.

I bought the 11” tree hugger and it works great with the smaller trees we have in our yard.

Product is easy to use to water new trees. Too early to see how it last over the long term. Very pleased with product so far. Recently received so I have used it about 5 or 6 times.

This is not going to last it is made of a lightweight hard plastic.

I did have to rate the sturdiness down to 4 stars because one arrived without the hose connector at all and another arrived with the hose connector broken off. The packing of these items was the WORST I have ever seen with anything from Amazon - the shipper had no clue how to pack items to prevent damage. However, they are the most amazing sprinklers I have ever used on my trees and large bushes - they gently water up and away from the plant to water the drip line where all the roots are. You can daisychain up to 6 and still have plenty of water for each plant. LOVE LOVE LOVE these sprinklers.
