These are very comfortable in general, and worked very, very well post-vasectomy.Some details:Functionality: 5/5 - I purchased these for vasectomy recovery, and started wearing them on day #2. They kept everything nice and secure and snug, just like I had hoped. I'm not sure if they were designed with that specific purpose in mind, but either way they worked. (They're also very comfortable in general, so if you're not getting a vasectomy, I'd still recommend these for comfort.)Comfort: 5/5 - They're a very nice material and feel great on the skin.Size: 4.5/5 - They fit pretty much exactly as expected. Good fit and long too so they prevent chafing, the material is nice and stretchy and not to thick , they are breathable also and cooling so perfect for work or the gym , lastly the price is good and has good variety of colors if that matters to you
