Best Ice Pack ever.It's flexible (does not freeze hard-it's completely malleable/shapeable to my needs but at the same time stays cold for a long time.)It is a "clean" freeze in the sense that the pack itself doesn't have any moisture on the outside that would make it have some frozen ice on the outside-something other ice packs do.I ordered this product because of its size (I have arthritis up and down my spine) and this is the first to cover the entire area I need to be iced. I literally have 2 shelves of my freezer full of ice packs-I've tried all kinds. I think I can now get rid of some of the older ones.This is by FAR the best icepack I have ever found. Will order a couple more in case it is discontinued-it's that good!

Since I have dealt with degenerative arthritis pretty much since the year 2000, I have tried a number of ice packs through the years. I primarily use larger flexible ones like this on my back and knees. Compared to packs I've had that are clay-based, this one is not quite as effective, but it gets the job done. It seems to be very durable and flexible. I'll know more after I've used it for a few months. Wish it were a bit bigger (pic on Amazon with female model holding it is a bit deceptive - doesn't seem to be to average scale)

The Velcro band allows you to wrap and secure the cold pack to many different parts of your body. Highly recommend.

is the best money I have ever spent. I do chemo that makes me itch and the only relief is ice packs. This is the only one I have found that is truly flexible, easy to lay on and stays cold for hours!!!! The cover is soft and very high quality! I LOVE IT!!! You can fold it to freeze and it never gets stiff and molds to any body part you place it on.I plan to buy the larger one as soon as I get paid. Again, best money EVER spent!!Thanks!!!!!

The product is great, but sometimes they fail and the warranty is only 60 days. If this had a 1 year warranty, I would give it 5 stars. One of their competitors makes a similar product that has a 1 year warranty. We like the assortment of sizes and the product, but we have to factor in the failure rate and know we will be throwing out a few here and there. When they do not fail, they work great- cool quickly and stay cool.

This ice gel pack is great. I just had shoulder surgery and this really helped with the pain and itching. It is a little heavy but it is very long and flexible so you can get to any spot on you shoulder or back. It’s really great!!! Stays cold for about 25 to 30 mins.I will be buying another one.
