Century Novelty1 X Green Plush Christmas Stocking

I purchased this stocking as a "cheapie" for filling with Santa surprises for my dog as funds are a bit of an issue for me right now. I was pleasantly surprised to open package and discover a large brightly colored stocking which was also not stitched shabbily.A shame that it didn't last until Christmas...my dippy American Staffordshire Terrier, spotted the empty stocking sitting on a bookshelf, pulled it down and chewed the stocking to shreds! if not for that little "event", I'm certain it would have lasted thru several holiday seasons : (

Since I paid $14 for this, I figured it was a nice, good quality substantial stocking. Instead, it’s a stocking I’ve already had from Walmart and wanted a nicer one to match the nice one my boyfriend has. You go to return it and it costs $4 to return? Ridiculous.

And I'm easy to please. Wanted this for a long time, thought it was the perfect stocking. Colornot deep dark green as shown, fabric not 'pretty' for Christmas stocking - looks more like bath rug, shaggy looking. Could have used a 'nice treat' -but this was not it. Sewn well for what it's worth. :(
