These bug nets caught spiders, grasshoppers and even dragon flies! (We let them go after looking at them in a bug box.) The boys had great fun. I’m 58 and yes, I’m buying butterfly nets for myself. My garden is full of grasshoppers and other flying pests that I don’t want to try and catch by hand. My chickens have been pleased with my netting talents. The handles have a telescope function so you can extend to the length you desire. I tuck the handle in my back pocket and whip it out when needed. The net itself is a bright color, which I don’t mind. The net is not terribly large. Perfect for a small child. Or an older woman like myself. 😂 Quality seems fine.

Not the best quality but good enough to catch the crawfish in our ditch and play “scoop” in the blow up pool for my 1.5 year old.

Definitely cheap, and flimsy, I could see how some kids break them first day. For younger kids who aren't putting alot of force into their pond catches, they work good. I'm not expecting to get multiple seasons out of these.

These nets are great for catching insects and even tadpoles and minnows. The retraction handle is slick and compacts great for storage. Kids love them.
