BEEN USING THIS FOR A WHILE...
I am diabetic and I live alone. Sometimes my blood sugar will dive really fast. So fast I don't trust myself to walk to the kitchen to get some juice or something. So I keep these in my office so I can just reach in a drawer and get it. The taste is GREAT! Nice and smooth, no grit or anything bad. If I could afford it, I wouldn't mind just drinking them as a beverage. I would recommend them to everybody.
