Very good for Bone Conduction Headphones
I don't consider myself an audiophile, but I do really enjoy my music. I opted to get these to replace my traditional over-ear headphones for use at my computer so I could be attentive to my family and hear ambient noises while having essentially "background music" with these headphones. I connected this to my computer using a "CTIA Y-Adapter" (separates the audio channels to separate headphone/microphone 3.5mm jacks) + a 12 ft. extension cable. The sound quality, in my opinion, is very good. It obviously does not compare to traditional headphones, but for what I was looking for - I can clearly hear my music and other game-related noises relatively clearly. At higher volumes, it reaches a point where it is directly comparable to headphones; assuming they had zero sound insulation from the outside world (which is exactly what these are designed for). At higher volumes, the headphones can be heard from surrounding observers. However, it should be noted that 1) this effect is reduced when the user is actually wearing the headphones vs. taking them off and 2) it's just physics. The slight ability to hear what is on the headphones is not bad at all. If you're intending to use them at night in bed next to your spouse, you may just have to turn the volume down a bit more. If you use the supplied ear plugs, it very closely mimics real headphones. The microphone, which I intentionally wanted to use in place of my old headset for gaming purposes, works just fine. I have not heard a single complaint from anyone about the audio quality. I am understood quite well and I just let the microphone (built into the cord) just hang instead of clipping it to my shirt. I have not heard any complaints about the microphone generating noise from rubbing against my shirt either as I turn my head as I speak.I can not comment about the battery life of the headphones as I leave it plugged up to my computer's USB port indefinitely. I turn them on/off as I am using my computer. Unfortunately, when it is charging, there is no visual indicator that the headphones are on/off. Not a feature I was expecting from these as they were not necessarily designed to be used in this way. It is important to note however for everyone that you can in-fact use them while they are charging!Overall, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I was looking for. With a couple of extra purchases (CTIA-Y splitter + extension cable), I got exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend these to anyone for computer use and/or it's intended mobile use.

Good but not great product
I love using these when I trail run and I didn't want the bluetooth version because I don't really want EMF exposure for 1-2 hours of running 2-3 times per week. The sound is about as good as you can expect for bone conduction headphones and the volume is not very loud without buzzing the skin where the headphones contact the face but this is apparently an issue with all bone conduction headphones. Construction quality appears to be good. Battery life is good but not outstanding but more than sufficient for a couple of runs without recharging. I am no too crazy about where the battery pack- power unit is located but I am not sure where else you would put it except a little closer to the headphone plug. If it were up closer to the head it would bounce around with exercise. Overall, a good product that I would recommend but is not going to WOW you in any way.

Waste of my money
I bought it only because I saw an article where these would go great with the Oculus Quest. Wrong. The Oculus Quest has two headphone jacks in the headset for a reason, so that you can get some really good headphones for a really great sound. The sound on this headset was awful, tinny and barely audible. For what these are, I can just buy a pair of the kind I used to wear with my Walkman in the 80s and put them just in front of my ears, it would do the exact same thing. What's the use of headphones if everyone next to you can hear it as well as you can? Plus, the dangling battery poking at my back pack kept reminding me that there were wires attached, and the whole deal with the Quest is that you're no longer tethered. These are going right back for a refund.

Not that great
Weird & kind of a big box to control the power for it.. Controls for the volume seemed to not be very responsive. Headphone jack angled so paired with a dongle for my iPhone was just obnoxious.

The sound is good enough (I mean
These are exactly as I expected. My first experience with bone conduction headphones was in J World in Japan and after that I looked up where to get one of my own. The sound is good enough (I mean, in not so loud spaces is as good as any regular non top notch headphones) and you get what you're buying. The battery seems to be working just fine and it's, in my opinion far more durable than expected. Gotta admit that these look really cool and most people seem impressed by them. Not to mention that are far more comfortable than earbuds. If you're looking for comfort, a different experience and you're not one of the picky ones when it comes to sound quality, you're in for a treat with these.

The world's most uncomfortable headphones
I LOVE the idea and how these bone conduction technology works. The problem is that none of these companies has figured out how to make them adjustable and fit comfortably on your head. I've tried half a dozen different designs on, and they all cause pressure points where the pads touch your skin. It's too rigid, and you can't move them too much before you start losing the ability to hear clearly. If you have them turn up too loud to accommodate the slightly off position setup, then they vibrate so hard that it hurts your head (headaches). It's such a cool technology, but someone needs to make it a practical implementation of it.
