Wonderful looking case with good airflow.Only downsides are the following though:1: You have to buy additional ARGB controllers as you need 2 alone for the 180mm front panel fans. Most motherboards do not have more than 1 ARGB header.2: Cable management is a nightmare it takes many hours to ensure your cables are neat & tidy.3: Only 1 x 3.5" drive bay could have done with a few more really.Its still a wonderful looking case with good airflow just a bit of a shame it do not include additional ARGB controllers so now I have to wait a few days for Amazon to deliver me some!

Had one of the 180mm fans start making dying-bearing noises, fractal shipped a replacement without question (2 weeks before the end of my warranty). Good customer service, but potentially concerning longevity on the 180mm fans. I'll update my review if more fans go, but this is a review based on (almost) 2 years, and building 2 PCs in the case.I build PCs for a living, and have built in a lot of cases that are more expensive, but none have made me regret buying the torrent for myself. I got the compact, which is tight (especially on the GPU length, picture attached - 331.9mm and not 0.1mm more), and it's a non-standard layout but the cable management is well designed. Slightly tricky build with a HDD and SATA SSD, but I got everything in, and the manual is fantastic. The build quality is outstanding, and it looks as good in person as it does in the pictures.The best thing is those giant fans (absolutely massive, in thickness as well as diameter - they move more air than a high-end 200mm fan and with double the static pressure), and the case is designed to take full advantage with a basically open back; even without any exhaust fans I can feel the sheer volume of air being shunted out the back of the case, and my GPU and CPU are kept very cool. The fans are not quiet, but with their size and low rpm it's a deep droning sound - I far prefer it to the whine of tiny GPU fans. With a custom fan curve in bios to keep them at a constant moderate rpm, I can't hear any other fans at all (except for all-core CPU loads with a 9800x3D and a Noctua NH-D15 G2, never in games). No distracting fan ramping up noise. The filtered intakes have kept things clean.

Got it for below £100. And at this price it’s a well worth it.Torrent cases have been tested and approved for years now.And I can only agree with Ganing Nexus testing. Amazing air cooled caseThe 2x180 at the front are awesome. Added 2x140 at the bottom and 120 at the back. Silent and cool.And like many, the back panel being in glass, cable management need to be mint .. otherwise you won’t close the panel.But it’s manageable - long and annoying but doable.

This is one of the best-looking case you can build your computer in. Grace your desk with this beauty.

Only one negative… i had to take out one of the front fans to fit my 4080…Other than that its a perfect case

Overall the case is high quality, looks really nice but is a nightmare to build in, cable management was clearly an after thought when this case was designed. Other than that build quality is good wouldn’t recommend for a first time builder tho

Der Name ist Programm - dieser Tower hat Air Flow ohne Ende durch die zwei enormen Lüfter vorne und praktisch vollkommener Durchlässigkeit und sieht dabei hervorragend aus.Sowohl optisch als auch haptisch strahlt er eine hohe Qualität aus, die sich dann auch fortsetzt, wenn man die Komponenten einbaut. Viele Kabelmanagement-Optionen, Durchbrüche an genau den richtigen Stellen für CPU-, und Audio-Kabel und sogar zwei Schienen, in denen man einen kleinen Stabilisator für die Grafikkarte anbringen kann.Ich muss sagen, ich hatte selten so viel Spaß, Rechner zusammen zu bauen.Einen offensichtlichen Nachteil hat der Tower natürlich: Es kann ohne Lüftersteuerung laut werden, da er sehr offen ist.Die gute Nachricht: Muss er aber nicht. Die riesigen Lüfter sorgen für so viel Durchzug, dass man sie mit Anwendungen wie "Fan Control" problemlos auf 20-30% runterregeln kann, ohne dass die Temperaturen merklich steigen. Ähnliches gilt auch für GPU und CPU.Selbst bei Cyberpunkt 2077 mit vollen Details auf einer 4070 Ti und einem Ryzen 7700 ist der Rechner mit diesen Einstellungen praktisch nicht zu hören und die Temperaturen sind stabil.Alles in allem ein großartiger Tower, der sehr gut kühlt und optisch viel her macht - egal ob schwarz oder weiß. Wir haben beide Varianten zuhause und beide sehen klasse aus. Der weiße geht mehr in die etwas "edlere" Richtung", der schwarze mehr ins Understatement.

So apparently I've become a Fractal Designs fanboy. Whatever, sue me.I built my last machine on a Fractal Meshify Compact, and then decided I should upgrade to a Threadripper Pro. The Asus Sage motherboard that I'd settled on is EATX, and the Meshify can't handle that, and this one ostensibly can, so here I am. Alas, I should've read the manual and checked actual numbers... EATX isn't really a standard per se, just something bigger than ATX with the same holes, and that Sage board is bloody huge and about 2mm too wide to fit this case. Drat. So I'm putting the Sage into a full size Torrent and upgrading a friend's computer into the compact one, and passing the Meshify down to someone else. In other words I like this case so much that even though I can't use it myself I won't return it.So far all of Fractal's cases I've worked with have been really thoughtfully designed and beautifully manufactured. They're an absolute joy to build a system in and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Honestly I don't think I'll use another brand again.Just make sure that if you're using a board larger than regular ATX you double check with the manual to make sure it'll actually fit before you order one. They don't make case stretchers and taking a cutoff wheel to your motherboard probably won't result in a lot of joy.
