SO hard to make brown butter, SO easy to buy this! :)

I bought this while visiting out of town for the holidays. Since Amazon ships in 2 days, u was able to have a going for my potatoes at Christmas. I just recently tried brown butter and fell in love with the rich nutty flavor. However I bought a different brand the first time. That brand was gritty, but I really didn't mind, to o me it was texture. However, I decide while visiting family that i wanted something so I didn't feel so plain. I was looking specifically for something small and cheaper since I was traveling - that is the only reason I bought this brand, it offered the smallest size.BUT OMG!!! I am the lucky duck!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME!!!! I have never tasted such luxury!! SMOOTH AS SILK!! The flavor and richness cannot be compared to anything else!!I will order this brand from now on!

The jar was broken and butter all over. Too expensive to throw it out. Refund needed.

This is my favorite spread for things like toasted cinnamon raisin bagels or freezer waffles. And it's much easier to deal with than cold butter and cinnamon sugar or syrup when half asleep.

Very good just high in price

It's very good on pork chops. For me, my favorite use so far is on french toast with warm maple syrup. I give it 4 stars only because I feel that for the price, the jars are a bit on the small side which makes me want to use it sparingly to make it last long enough to feel that it is worth the price paid.

This brown butter is the most delicious, incredible product out there! The depth of flavor is tremendous, and so nuanced! I use this straight out of the jar and use it like I would any other butter. I spread this on a fresh baguette and it's straight up heavenly. I also baked some Financiers with this butter and it worked perfectly. Such a versatile product of high quality. There is no other product out there like this, trust me I've looked!

I actually think this is the first review I have ever wrote and I order weekly on Amazon. This brown butter is the most delicious thing ever. I toasted a baguette this morning and used the “original” black and bolyard Brown butter and I was surprised from the sweetness and the texture. It’s a must try if you love butter, healthy butter. I am planning on ordering a few more jars and sending them in care packages for family and friends during this crazy time. Thank you Black and Bolyard for creating a truly delicious product.
