Keeps me regular.
Great for keeping me regular. I have it with Ready Break because like this bran it contains no sugar. The bran doesn't block me up like flax seed.

Might be just what you need if using Ozempic or Wegovy or a similar product. Two spoonfuls every morning and some hot water, and the rest will be easy.
