For reference, I am 44 yrs old, 5'8", measurements 36-30-38, 36D and 140 lbs. I ordered the medium. As you can see these are full length. For us tall girls a big YES. Has great compression for the days you need it. The top is medium to high intensity support, but not crush your ribs tight. The girls stay in place. And can we just talk about the cut out in the top. Sexy, holds you in all the right ways. Bottoms are not actually sheer. Squat proof (sorry about my butt in your face) you can see the outline of my underwear but not the color. The compression works best with seamless, thong or no underwear. Does NOT ride up! If you order up it won't show the seam of your underwear so bad. But that's when you decide what kind of workout you want it for. Or do you care if the seam shows.There is NO camel toe issues what so ever. Doesn't slide down, stays put. Very high waisted and stretchy. I had room to pull it up to my bra. Thick but breathable material. Did I say great compression? It is snug, not tight. But you are sinched in nice and comfy. Amazing for high intensity workouts.This color is bright and fun. My bathroom light doesn't do it justice. Soft and ribbed material, but I don't forsee pilling to be an issue. So all being said with my measurements the medium fits perfect for my high intensity days. If you want more of a yoga relaxed fit then order a size up. I need these in every color. If you are in between sizes and want compression order down, relaxed order up.This is a sexy little number. It doesn't do my flat butt any justice and flattens the girls a little but I don't care. It is functional and comfortable. Ladies, new to working out or a pro this is a must get set and the price is worth it for this quality. Did I mention no camel toe, lol. When I do a sweaty workout I will update if shows sweat puddles or wicks away. I blame #hopescope for this great pick!Don't think anymore! Get it!

This set is amazing! I got the brown which is out of my comfort zone but it looks so cute. Very comfortable and makes my waist look way smaller!

Love the top it’s a perfect sports bra that can be worn alone. The leggings are just the correct amount of thickness. Great material great color.

The media could not be loaded. I am 5’4, waist 27inches, 142lbs, bra size 34C.I typically wear between a size small and medium. I sized up to a medium based off of the other reviews saying that the top runs small. I’m happy I did size up as the medium fits perfectly. Ladies, sometimes we get lost in thinking about the size we want to be vs the size we think we should be vs the size we actually are. Remember, the clothes are supposed to fit us, not us fit the clothes. Clothes from different brands are all going to fit us differently so it’s OK to adapt. Don’t buy the size just because you think you’re SUPPOSED to be a specific size. Buy what actually fits you best. My biggest pet peeve is seeing reviews of people wearing ill fitting clothes saying that it fits them perfectly. I mean, if you like it, I love it! We all have different expectations on how we want our clothes to fit. But we’ve all seen a product review where it was clear that the person should have sized up. Like girl, you’re straight up wearing an undershirt because you’re otherwise exposed. It doesn’t fit! Lol. Anyways, I’m very happy with this purchase so far. This is a very cute set. The top is pretty supportive. The material is thick and feels good on the skin, but it is a little bit see-through with some VPL. I do have a dark color underwear on so it doesn’t bother me too much but do keep that in mind if you’re buying a lighter color. I do think it could have been like $7 cheaper lol. Based off price and see through-beds, I’ll won’t give it the full 5 stars, maybe 4.5 lol. Otherwise, I do love this set so far. Might come back to buy additional colors if it’s on sale. I’ll check in if anything changes after a few work outs/ washes.

After I ordered this, i was kind of nervous about the quality and how thick the material would be, but upon receiving it i was pleasantly delighted. I have a size 40DD chest and it fits snugly and keeps everything in place - (even passes a bounce test 🤣). The bottoms were amazing too. I am 5’11 bordering on 6’0 tall and I always struggle with the 7/8 leggings ending up as capris on me- but the pants in this set are super long! They are very high waisted also and very giving. I weigh about 225lbs and was also wary because I didn’t see many women with my body shape/size in the reviews, but I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t tried these in the gym yet so I will update with a sweat test.Days Later it’s sweat test approved! I will say be careful next to poky things cus a few threads did get pulled out only a few days later. I am a HEAVY sweater at the gym to the point where it’s a little embarrassing but I’m happy to report this outfit doesn’t give any weird dark spots from sweat (at least not in the red color) and I got many compliments! People though this outfit was from fabletics and were shocked when I said it was from amazon 😂 I said “fabletics on a budget” Lol. BUY THIS!!

I got this to travel in with a sweater, and it was very comfortable yet cute. I love it.
