defective bag...Awesome customer service
First time use on a simple domestic flight, the seam on bottom of bag split open. I purchased this bag because I am retired firefighter and assumed it would be durable. I am replacing a cheap roller bag that I used flying around the U.S. and the world and it lasted 5 years. Very disappointed! Update.. seller has immediately offered to replace bag. WOW! Best customer service I have ever seen. Final update. Seller replaced bag promptly. I must note that maybe I received a defective item...seller is the BEST customer service I have ever seen! I WILL purchase from them in the future.

Great size, good durable product and pictures on amazon does not do the product justice it looks much better in person would recommend anyone to get one
