The media could not be loaded. This helped me in reliving from minor body pain. i am using it for minor pain in hand neck and knee.

I would have given a negative rating if there was an option… worst product… the material of the pen is third class recycled plastic which can break easily if u press it harder… when i used it , the pen was giving shock back to my hand instead of the patient & it was strong enough to be felt at 1& 2 intensity… will never recommend anyone to buy it.

The media could not be loaded. Poor product...the cream boxes were empty...the battery didn't fit and the product was defective...unfortunately, I didn't try it earlier as I was unwell. When I did open to try it for back pain, nobody knows what battery will fit into it...utterly disappointed. If the seller reads this, I would appreciate it if you could still replace it and give me a correct product, though the return window is shut.

It gives shock from back also, the person giving massage toh the patient also recieved shock. the machine work ls only if the circuit is complete means if the Dr has both hand on the patient the a circuit is complete if Dr does only with equipment the patient will not get any kind of therapy.Pathetic product worst
