Disappointing
I am disappointed with this purchase, it’s quite flimsy and there could be a little more tension in the bands. It does help with form a bit but I wouldn’t recommend or purchase again

To fidly and difficult to put together
I could not put enough pressure on the two metal spring buttons to allow the one pole to slide int the other.My hubby had to help and it took forever to get this done, then the two metal springs do not sit in the holes to make stable. Very disappointing after reading the reviews. Ordered two (one for a friend) and shes got small hands and I thought by the time we got them out of bags and tired to connect them ( hoping they will not will pull apart) out exercise class would be over.I very rarely return goods or put a poor rating on something, but felt that there was shoddy tool working on the fixings
