CAP Olympic 2-Inch Weight Plates, Cast Iron & Rubber Coated

Great plates, easy to grab due to the handles and slim compared to my regular rubber plates. They’re attractive with a shiny metal surface and symmetrical pattern. Decent value for new plates as well.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what we needed. We are very impressed with the quality. We were at first hesitant to purchase but are extremely happy we did. You won’t regret purchasing this! Yes to value for money spent, quality and durability.

nice well made

Very impressive with package and shipping box to protected weight plates . The weight plates look really nice easy grip and smooth edges . Don’t know about the durable yet just got them . Shipping quick and o. Time.

I was a little reluctant to order these off of Amazon, but they had a really great sale, but I was worried how they were going to ship them and I was very very happily surprised. Yeah they’ll ship most of these big ones individually, but they are packaged very, very well. Very happy with this purchase and the sale price that they had this way you don’t have to go look at every sports store and hope they have it. It just came to my door via UPS.

Unlike many cheap weights, including Caps own standard plates, these were packaged well- they were double-boxed with foam protection & reinforced shipping tape. I ordered two individual 45lb weights, both of which my bathroom scale says weigh in at 45.8lbs. Given that a bathroom scale is not the most accurate device in the world, I'd say these weights are pretty spot on & at the very least consistent in weight between plates. The main criticism of these is that the center olympic-sized hole is a fair bit bigger than it needs to be. This is probably deliberate to make them as compatible as possible with cheaper bars, but they do wobble even on Cap's own trap bar. A decent barbell collar would be a good idea to use with these. The finish isn't terrible nor perfect. It's still better than some cheaper weights and looks nice enough to keep in my main room. If you want brand new weights as cheaply as possible, and to be able to load as many as possible onto a bar, these iron weights are a decent pick.

Excellent weight, easy to grab and handle.

For the price you can't get anything better. These plates look and feel super high quality. They're solid and gorgeous enough to make you want to use them.

Gostei muito, tem excelente qualidade

Juego de 6 discos de 2.5 lb los compre de oferta y muy útiles para ajustar el peso en barras. Muy buena opción

The CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic Grip Weight Plates have leveled up my home gym in a big way. The cast iron construction feels incredibly solid, exactly what you want when you’re hoisting heavy dreams skyward. The grip design is genius. No more awkward fumbling trying to load plates while pretending I’m not gasping for air. These handles make swapping weights smooth, quick, and safe. The fit on my Olympic bar is snug like they were destined to be together. No wobbling, no rattling, just pure lifting harmony. The sleek black finish even gives my gym setup a cool, professional vibe. I swear my biceps flex a little extra each time I look at them. Whether I’m chasing gains, sculpting muscles, or simply trying to earn my post-workout snacks, these plates deliver. Great quality, great durability, and great value. If you’re serious about building strength, your bar deserves these! Would definitely recommend. 💪🔥
