Worth the price
This was just as described! It's shimmery paper over string. The paper was sturdy and on both sides of the string, so you can hang it in whatever direction you choose. My daughter loved it for her pool party and I think it's worth the price.

Bubbles!
Our theme was bubbles for our one year old and this banner was PERFECT for it! Still have it up :)

Missing the D
It's really cute, but it's very fragile and mine is missing the d. It says "Birthay" I can't use it like this and the letters are sewn onto a string so I can't move it over to add a letter I'd have to make. This was a really cool find but it's just lazily made and not usable now. Waste of money💰
