Great for college dorms
I bought this for my child who is at college . I was looking for something he could put under his college bed when it was raised up (like aloft bed). A regular bean bag seemed too high and too small to relax in. This was perfect. It a bit pricey but it went over well. I purchased the grey color because it goes with everything. I did, of course try it out. It was comfortable and I was thinking of keeping for myself, haha. That was definitely not happening. He told me he is really glad I bought it. I didn’t get any of the add ons. Glad I bought it.

Best thing you'll ever buy
Moon pods are seriously the best thing you'll ever buy. The comfort is unreal. The size will fit in any room. The quality is amazing, it's not like anything you've ever sat on. I've fallen asleep in mine. My grandpa liked it so I got him one for Father's Day. It takes away your anxiety and stress so it's lottery perfect for anyone!

NOT WORTH THE $$$
I've have been using the moonpod for 8 months now and I use it pretty regularly, just about every night. It can be really comfortable for short periods of time but must be CONSTANTLY "fluffed" to resume its supportive shape. It will start to squish down and flatten out as you move or get up and back down so it's quite annoying to always have to adjust it. I also have it placed on top of a floor cushion bc I'm using it on my patio and I would be on the concrete as it flattens if I didn't. It did come in handy when my nieces were visiting and our air mattress had a hole in it, I set it up with some floor cushions at one end for extra length for my tall 11 year old niece and she was very cozy on it. I am now exploring foam furniture options to use on my patio instead of the moonpod... $300 and I didn't even make it a whole year before looking for something else. I also didn't find it to relieve my sciatica flare ups for those wondering if its really a miracle on back pain.

Way better than I expected! Super comfy.
My teen wanted a bean bag chair and I thought "ew really, they're kind of terrible aren't they"? But I shopped around and finally settled on this for a birthday present. I stand corrected, it's actually pretty great! Although it was more than I planned to spend, it's much more comfy than I expected and I love that it doesn't take up a ton of space.Things we love about it:• It doesn't take up a lot of space - it can easily be stood up in a corner of the room and takes up very little floor space.• It's surprisingly supportive - once you get into it, it really forms to you all of your curves.• With a pillow behind your head it makes an amazing movie watching seat.• You can lay down on it or if you have it in the vertical position, you can sit down in it like a chair and it's quite comfy that way even for an adult.• The cover is easily removed and it's washable.• While it seemed expensive to me at first, when I compared the prices with places like pottery barn kids/teen, it was actually a bargain - and a more space saving design. What we don't love:• It's a little stinky - we've only had it for 2 weeks so I'm hoping it will mellow out a bit. It's not super strong - definitely not bad enough to keep us away from it, but if you're super sensitive to smells you might not like it. Honestly I don't really smell it unless I bury my face in it.All in all, we're super happy with the purchase. I might even consider getting the optional head/arm rest at some point, although for now a large squishmallow is a great substitute. :)

Very comfortable but can be better
A friend introduced Moon Pod to me a few years ago and it’s alway been on my wishlist due to the price tag. I decided to just go for it and purchased it recently. Upon receiving the product, I was a little disappointed because the filling doesn’t fill up the case at all and it’s not at all what the pictures show. Sometimes I even feel like I was sitting on the ground so constant adjustment of beads is a must to obtain the “right” comfort level.Aside from that down side, it is indeed super comfortable and relaxing sitting/lying on it and I even went ahead and bought the backrest to go with it. Will probably also get the foot rest if they ever have any discount in it! I’m sure you will get that “floating” sensation once the beads are situated correctly. The cover is removable so you can easily keep it clean.Moon pod also has excellent customer service if you ever need to reach out.Something to keep in mind though- the size is a bit smaller than expected. If you’re looking for one that needs to fit a tall person, please reconsider.Overall, I don’t regret buying it but there is definitely room for improvement.

Comfy, relaxing, and even kids love it!
So, will admit, was a bit skeptical of the marketing before purchasing, wondering if this just a really pricey, albeit differently shaped, bean bag chair. Was it worth the hype?I bought for my wife about 2 months ago, who has a bad beck, and often has pain in her neck, shoulders, etc. Also, a high-stress household. However, the chair is very comfy, relieves stress, and helps to somewhat relieve her pain areas. What was surprising to us is how much the kids like it. In fact, that might be a downside, as my wife often has trouble getting to use it, since the kids will use it whenever they can. On the good end of that though, it really helps to relieve stress and be able to calm down our 8yo daughter. Which is big bonus. It's a bit on the pricey side, yes, but already, well worth the price. In our 2 adult, 2 kid household, it gets used by us all...daily. So I'm happy to say the skepticism I initially had is without merit - we all love this product and am so glad we got it.

Decent but too expensive
It’s a comfy little bag for sure, we’ve only had it a week but it’s nice to plop down into and watch a little tv but it’s not worth $300. I wish it had a handle or something to move it, it’s a bit awkward to pick up and it gets fuzzy and static cling if dragged across the floor or rug. It’s a good bean bag chair but that’s really all it is. A bean bag chair. You could likely get one comparable at a swap meet for $50.
