Lovely retro tin which takes 500g bags of icing sugar. Not sure how easy it will be to clean but, as I always store my sugars and flours in a bag before putting them in the tins, it won’t be an issue I don’t think. Nice to have a hinged lid but may make tipping a bit tricky but it looks good and is nice and sturdy. I did think that this was a little expensive for what it is (the other tin they do is for caster sugar and that isn’t as expensive as the icing sugar one) but I am doing my kitchen out so it is not like I will have to buy lots of the icing sugar ones!

I bought this tin on Amazon prime day at 44% off. At this price they are good value, however I would not have paid the full price. A 1.5kg of flour just fits, but is very snug. Some reviews complain that the metal is thin, and it is, but thick enough to serve its purpose. Time will tell how stable they are.

Great flour tin that looks good in the kitchen. Used it to replace my old cardboard Homepride container that was worn out.

Happy with the quality of this tin. The lid fits and it’s airtight. The design has a retro look and it doesn’t take a lot of room. It’s only large enough for a standard bag of flour…I have a few packs of Homepride 1.5kg bags and it won’t take the contents of that. In future I’ll ensure I buy the smaller 1kg bags as this tin shoukd hold all the contents.

A really practical and stylish addition to the kitchen cupboard. Takes a whole bag of flour (1.5 kg I think it is), keeping it fresh and the cupboard clean and tidy. I love the vintage look and will look for other items in this range.
