I returned a couple lights before I purchased this one, not satisfied for one reason or another.This one is as advertised, it worked well for me. Probably would be considered made well by todays standards. Installed easy enough. It was also easy to set up the controls for my needs.Very pleased with the brightness.I wanted a security light not a flood light and one that detects motion 180 degrees. This did just that.

Use where hard wiring is not an option. Work great! Motion sensor is sensitive enough to provide security and great lighting.Highly recommend

I really like these security lights - they're exactly what we were looking for for our chicken coop outside. I got the two pack, and the value of that is really great. they come with zip ties which is what we used to mount them on the front and back of our chicken run. I mostly wanted these because they come with a feature where if motion is detected, the light setting increases/turns on. So, we have them on "low light" setting where if motion is detected, they'll change to "high light" and the high light is very bright, so the aim is to "scare" away predators with the change of lighting. It also works well for alerting us when motion is detected, because we can see the light change from the window to our back yard where the chickens are. Sometimes it will detect motion thats "not there" like from a bug, etc. but most of the time it doesn't - there aren't too many "false" motion detections, which I was worried about but happy to report isn't an issue. The ONLY reason I give 4/5 stars is because the directions were slightly difficult to understand - there are 4 modes, but it's uncertain if you click the "mode" button once if that changes it to mode 1 or 2 after turning it "on," and there's really no way to tell what mode it's on without sitting/waiting. It took some trial and error to get them both on the mode we wanted (probably about 30 minutes) but now since they're set up, I don't have to touch them basically ever again because of the solar powering! So, if I could I'd give a 4.5/5.

I liked this product from a earlier purchase. So, I added another light. It's brightness is great. The activation is quick. Great value for the $.

Most user friendly thing I have purchased in memory. Very clear directions on how to put up, and simple enough for a 74 year old woman to install. Worked from the get go, even set up in sun at 4pm. On "low" default setting, lighted up door to handicap ramp ALL NIGHT LONG! even on the few hours of charge it got. Even on "low", the light is sufficient to safely traverse the area. KUDOS!!!! Great unit!

I went with this floodlight over others because it’s all one piece versus having a wired solar panel. It makes for an easy install and the light shines bright with good coverage and sensor. Would definitely recommend!

I like the separate adjustable side lights, but they can only move to the side, so when you direct the light downward, the side lights end up directed up in the air, unable to direct them downward. A swivel would be much better. It has two motion sensors, but I did not find them very reliable, especially when moving in the center between them. Sometimes there is a delay, so I have walked a long way before the light comes on. Removable solar panel would help to face it in the best position for sun, different from the best light position. Smaller, cheaper light with one sensor out performs this one. A few improvements could make this much better. Also ended up with 4 lights instead of 2 when I changed the quantity to 1 -2pack, I still ended up receiving 2, 4 lights total. I did not find any dimensions that shows the best mounting position, height or distance, ideal for the motion sensors. That information would be helpful. Mounting holes are in a tight place to access between light and solar panel.

Even on dim mode the light lasts all night. Haven't tried the full on mode but the motion detector is very good. May get a few more.

I ended up buying two of these because the first one works so well. It’s easy to mount them and light comes on as needed and is nice and bright bright.

Easy to set up, comes with wall anchors and screws and 2 straps for wrapping it around a post. Adjustable lamps and you can go through the modes to get the system you want. Very pleased!!!!!!!!
