Pro quality tool
I got this with the Michael Pro extendable handle half inch Breaker Bar to leave in the back of my SUV incase of flat tires. This adapter is super high quality and turns any breaker bar into a ratchet. I actually have used it more just on a socket as sort of a finger ratchet very versatile tool for breaking off tires I would break all the lug nuts loose then install the adapter and speed the lung nuts off the rest of the way if you are in the market get it this is a great value tool I had a good price

Built well and strong - but not as smooth to adjust as the lower cost Performance Tool brand
The MichaelPro brand is not as smooth as the Performance Tool brand when adjusting the ring for rotation direction or locked rotation. The MichaelPro grip on the adjusting ring is not as grippy and yet feels more abrasive on the fingers. I like the Performance Tool item better on all areas and then also on cost.

Very nice and well worth the money

Feels solid but . . .
the only complaint is the ring that switches the direction of the ratchet is a a little easy to reverse it self. But i've had a couple other ones and they had the same issue. feels like there should be a way to lock it in. Still cheaper to buy decent breaker bar and this instead of buying 18" or 24" ratcheting breaker bar.

It works
When I used this to start my generator. The ratchet worked great when the engine started. I would recommend for someone that doesn't want to pull a recoil starter rope.

Works as expected
At work we ran into very tight clearances where a 2-1/8" combination wrench (with a slightly offset open end) just could not make a 35 degree swing so it could be flipped for another go.A 2-1/8" crowsfoot wrench on this ratchet adapter with a break bar driving the adapter worked GREAT because the angle between the wrench and the breaker bar could be adjusted with the ratchet. I'm buying a second one for my own tool box.

you get mass instead of quality
This 1/2" ratcheting adaptor is of substantial weight but comes in a crude finish. The ratchet has 24 teeth and is so stiff that you barely can turn it by hand. The locking/selection ring is un-precise and sticky.Overall good enough for occasional use but not worth the money.Typical dollar store item.
