Not worth the money, does not last
I spent hours researching a hair dryer for my kinky hair and kept landing on Parlux. Previously purchasing my hairdryers at places like Marshall’s, I was nervous about the cost. But I went for it with the high hopes of it being my hair dryer for many many years. Purchased in late January 2022.Sadly, it started making rattling noises a few weeks ago - - ~15 months after purchase!! It still “works” but the rattling noises are loud and concerning. I reached out to customer service who, after verification of product, asked me to send back the hair dryer for inspection AT MY OWN EXPENSE and with no replacement option and no guarantee of what/when to expect a solution. I do not have another hair dryer, and they gave me zero idea of how long this could take!! I responded and have heard nothing back. Worst customer service ever!! I expected much more from Parlux. Do NOT spend the money if you’re looking for a hairdryer that will last or a company that cares!!
