Not cat proof
The product was very nice. Sturdy and very easy to put together. The only con is I ordered it to keep my cats from getting at the toilet paper. However, the magicians found a way to get to the toilet paper in spite of the construction and unraveled the whole entire role on several occasions.. LOL. So it defeated the purpose of the purchase. Otherwise it would have been a five-star rating.

Crooked and flimsy
The assembled product is crooked. I tried a few tricks to compensate, but nothing worked. I was desperate to get something into the guest bathroom so I kept it and placed it where the crookedness will be less noticeable until I have time to shop for a replacement. Later, I went to polish the protective flap and although I barely used any pressure (I weigh 98 lbs), it popped right off. Two stars because the chrome material is actually nice. That's the only good thing I have to say about this item. I'm really disappointed.

A nice addition
Update: the inside of the scrubber portion has rusted after only 3 months. The scrubber portion keeps untwisting when we use it which is very annoying. We are going to buy a different holder today and will get rid of this.Previous review:It works as expected and was easy to assemble. I’m only not giving 5 stars because I wish it was heavier so that it didn’t tilt over so easily and because it arrived with some small dents.
