I was a bit nervous using it for the first time, especially since the manual advised new users to start slow. After charging it for about an hour, I gave it a try—and it was actually a very pleasant experience! By default, it applies suction and then releases it right away. It felt like a gentle kneading using suction—surprisingly soothing. I let it do its thing, then tested the muscle afterward, and it definitely felt looser and less painful.It also has a heat setting I haven’t explored much yet, but I’m looking forward to trying it.Overall, this is an outstanding product—especially for the price. Highly recommended!

Terrible! I’ve been in so much pain with a knot in my right shoulder. After seeing this I was excited for a chance to finally relieve this pain.I waited by the door for this to arrive…NO SUCTION AT ALL!!I followed the instructions, tried adding some oil, adjusted the suction… NOTHING!! It doesn’t create any suction. I tested it on other areas so I could see the Cheeto trails as I used them and still got nothing!Needless to say I guess I’ll be returning it and getting another brand or something.

This product does what it is supposed to do. My only complaint is, when you are using it alone, it is hard to find the button on how to turn it off when you had enough. Perhaps they can create a raised button or something that you can feel the difference on how to turn it down or turn it off.
