Window insulation
It is very easy to use takes minutes to do but the tape that comes with it doesn't stick great so I used nano tape instead

It does work but you need to buy another product
Save yourself the hassle and buy along with this some double sided nano tape. Unfortunately it will increase the cost from just under £4 to over £11 but hopefully with the cost of heating it'll still save you money in the long run. The actual film is magic and pulls nicely over the tape and goes taut when using a blow dryer. Using these on my lounge and bedroom windows along with a curtain in my hallway and a thick draft excluder my home already feels warmer

Good concept, poor adhesive tape
I bought this to take the chill from an exterior glazed door. Having read reviews about the product there was a common theme about the adhesion of the provided tape; with this in mind I'd cleaned the varnished wooden door with IPA before attempting the installation. That done, tape applied easily enough. Then the application of the film... try this with two people to better manage the thin film to avoid snarls against the tape. I didn't, and suffered the film adhering in the wrong places. With two windows to cover, the second was a little easier, but still a challenge with only two hands in play. Heat-shrinking the film with a hair dryer drew out the wrinkles and resulted in a good taut film, but, and here is where I'll agree with other customers - this is where the adhesive tape can fail. There's two failure modes - over thinking the film will lift the tape from the door, as will catching the heat from the hair dryer on the tape. Ultimately both window covers failed over a period of a couple of days.I am in the process of re-applying the remaining film with some seriously-tacky double sided gel tape - looking good so far.In summary, the film is great, the idea works well, but I think the tape lets the product down. But, it's cheap, and if you can find an alternative tape then it's worth the purchase.

Cheap cheerful and effective
Use these every winter to triple glaze. Makes a huge difference and it you take your time it’s hardly noticeable . Simple to do- measure indie and cut plastic with 3” extra at edge , Stick tape around window frame , attach plastic pressing firmly to tape , use a rolling fabric cutter or sharp scissors to trim up to see if tape . Hair dry the plastic to remove the creases.

Tricky to apply
Difficult to put in windows and not really worth the effort.

As with other reviews...
Very straightforward to put up, I cleaned and air dried the windows prior - however, it only lasted overnight - some of the filin had come away from the edges, I thought I may try again and this time, I ensured to leave 2inch film beyond where it was stuck to the tape, and ensured not to put the hairdryer on that area, thinking that may have been the reason for failure initially - it lasted one night again - I don't recommend.

These are brilliant for keeping the fold out.
Neighbour said these are great and keeps the cold and draft out. She noticed the difference in her bedroom. Arrived quickly and worth the money.
