Arrived in three days i ordered it friday night and got it monday morning. I first dribbled it for about a minute, then picked up a regular basketball and it literally was lighter like a bouncing a tennis ball i was really impressed. The feeling was still there a the next day too! It really is a workout too i trained with it for a couple hours dribbling, shooting layups, and free throws. My arms were sore but when i picked up a regulation ball i shot better, more fluidly, and easier because of this heavy weight ball. Does exactly as advertised, i have no problems at all with this product, im thankful for amazon having it available to me at such a reasonable price.

It helps develop strength in hands and arms while dribbling, shooting and passing. It does so in ways that help augment just regular weight training.My only desire is that I wish I would have purchased a leather/composite ball instead of rubber. But this is great for the price and how it performs.

Let me start off by saying that I am a freshman that plays for my JV team. The first time I used this ball I dribbled with it up and down the court once. Then, I got a regular full size ball, and it literally felt like I was bouncing a volleyball! Granted this ball will make you dribble harder without you knowing it, so for some people it might be harder to control at first, but eventually you'll get the hang of it.It doesn't just help you on your drubbling, it helps on other offensive assets such as shooting. I don't know if you will personally get the same results, but all I did was throw the ball straight up in the air a couple of times with my form, and then I'm suddenly shooting better. I was really suprised. Not only did my shooting improved, but my quickness with the ball improved because the ball felt so light and easy to control.Don't think the "volleyball" feeling that I'm talking about will go away 5-10 minutes after you have used it, because it doesn't. After I rigorously dribbled the ball for only 10 minutes I waited 30 minutes, an hour, and 2 hours later, and the feeling was still there.Finally, let me say this ball is well worth the money, and anyone looking to improve their game should get this.

Skilcoach heavy trainer adds so many dimensions to your game. Improved my 3 point shooting range ( which was almost non existent in game situations) , so now people have to play me more honest. Improved power of my passing. Improved control of my dribbling. Also one thing I didn't think of, it helped me finish on lay ups in traffic.Great product. I would recommend to anyone of any age or skill level.
