Combination of good form and function
I have the bigger ones installed on my E46 M3 and the smaller ones on E93 335i since both are 2-door vehicles. I enjoy the look, and the protection these provide. They went on easily. Just make sure you know exactly where you want to put them. I used dry-erase marker to make sure as I wanted both side to look the same. I enjoy the look.

Great Idea but horrible...
This was a blind purchase. These are cute but I don't like stickers on my vehicle. Yes, they are easy to install but not functional at all. To me, it’s not worth purchasing but I’m picky.

It doesn't give great protection for the X5
The x5 has 2 areas on front doors that are subject to parking lot scratches. This only protect 1 of them. Using 2 set would look funny. I rec you look for a complete edge guard if you want to keep your car from scratching other vehicles. To pro the x5 from other vehicles check out use of door cladding
