Alienware
as advertised. Fast shipping. Came sooner than expected. The only draw back it came with an after market Keyboard and mouse. I bout the actual Alienware Products to go with it. Unit is larger than what is pictured. Its a full size case.

Absolute Junk
Supposed to be a decent machine but it absolutely chokes all the time. Extra processes slowing down the machine? Probably a mix of Win11 which is tragic and dogish hardware. Not sure what AW does different, but I had one before and it was also dogish. Other terrible Win11 issues as well. Going to use a diff computer.Never buying your products again. They are piles of trash.

When it arrived, I keep getting bluescreened.
When it arrived, I keep getting bluescreened. After taking it to a computer shop (Which cost more money), they determined a ram stick was bad. After removal of said stick, the computer has been running great. Sad that i lost a ram stick, but I'm still happy, just could be happier.

Love it!!
I made the mistake of transferring all my files from windows seven. I couldn’t access the thermals or lighting options. Did a complete windows reset, now works great!,This beast is awesome!,,

Do some Research
Alienware is fast. Supposed to be great for gaming. The whole reason I bought this computer. Had one for my spouse so I wanted this one that had a better graphics card - GeForce RTX 3080. 64GB of RAM was another reason for this computer.Received the computer faster than projected. Straight out of the box it looked awesome, but then again straight out of the box there were some issues. The Windows setup wouldn't recognize the WiFi adapter after it's (I think) first main reboot, and that's also a screen that there is no Shut Down option to click on. Hard reset required. WiFi adapter then recognized again and Windows setup could continue.Internal PC Gaming lights did an odd quick OFF/ON at an unexpected time. That was my second hint there might be something amiss with this computer. The lights randomly did that on occasion entire time I had this computer. But wait, there's more! It can only get better! No, that was just my optimistic nature. It didn't get better. XBox App installed fine. I play MSFS 2020 and wanted this computer for it mainly. That sim/game is a resource-using monster (125GB storage user, RAM gobbler, selfish GPU-using, CPU intensive). I can play that on my wife's computer, which is slightly less powerful. So NO REASON it shouldn't work fine on THIS ONE. NOPE!Install didn't go as it should have, hung on decompressing some small file. Then I did hardware scan of the computer just to rule the hardware out. Result: MEMORY CHECK HAS FAILED. One of the 32GB DDR4 RAM chips was bad. Ran the scan again from BIOS...same thing. Got a RAM chip sent to me unsolicited from Dell, but it was 16GB and they shouldn't have sent it anyway because unfortunately I have to go through the seller from Amazon. Had to drive right back to the post office and mail back Dell's RAM.In the meantime, I've still got one good 32GB stick of RAM in this beast, I'll try to install my game again. Many frustrating hours later, tried installing another game. Crashed often, showed weird lines, other things didn't seem right still, and PC not running like it should. I tried NVidia driver reinstall, PC System restore, Repair, All of the methods I found on Tech websites never worked. Only game I got to work fine was....DOOM 2 from 1995.Another odd thing was that every few minutes (10-15), the computer would freeze and resume (three-quarters of a second frozen but definitely enough to get me mad). Every hardware scan passed, so I was at my wits end. Windows repair never found anything wrong. I was super CLOSE to my last straw!Contacted the seller, who was very responsive but a little bit cryptic with any correspondence we had. They said I could throw away the faulty RAM and that a replacement chip is on it's way. When I got the padded envelope (2.5 days or so to receive, very fast :) ) containing the replacement RAM chip in the mail, I opened it to find 32GB SODIMM. THAT's LAPTOP RAM!!! Oh heck no, sodimm ram DOES NOT fit in a PC. It doesn't even look the same so why would they send me that??Yep. If you've read this whole thing then you know that's obviously and reasonably the Last Straw.Restored Windows to it's factory state on the SSD drive, cleaned the second hard drive of all files, put the PC and accessories (including that LAPTOP RAM) into the box and returned it.For playing my SIM/game, I'll be building my own PC from a dedicated gaming PC website instead of buying gaming PCs from here.On a good note, it has been a while (15 years) since I was in touch with hardware specs like CPU and RAM, Graphics cards, motherboards, liquid cooling, etc. Doing all my research on specs during this PCs nightmare better prepared me for current gaming PCs and what to expect from their performance, as well as current costs for all the powerful hardware items that actually make up any gaming PC. So, do your research and go elsewhere for gaming PCs. Save yourself the headache.

The computer freezes and preforms poorly, bad memory installed post factory build and sold as new
This computer performs poorly with video rendering and tends to freeze when stressed in gaming situations. The computer was "upgraded" with substandard parts (memory and SSD) different from Dell's factory electronics. This was not an actual Alienware computer.

Alienware Aurora R14
This is by far the fastest pc I have ever had. The graphics are unreal and the unit is very quiet. Would highly recommend.
