This thing is AWESOME!
We purchased this for my 4 month old after reading through tons and tons of reviews and advice on purchasing a Jumparoo versus an ExerSaucer. I am so glad we went with this ExerSaucer! Here are the PROS:Very sturdy/solid and well made. The toy options are fantastic. My 4 month old is able to grab at the large teethers without a problem and flip the music book toy back and forth. There are others that she is not strong or tall enough to play with just yet, but of course she is growing...The seat is deep and very supportive. She is able to reach the bottom (first setting) without having anything under her feet. (Note: when you first put your baby in it he/she will probably not be able to reach, but the elastics stretched after a total of about 1 hour of use.)I love that the seat is bouncy, but not super bouncy. I really didn't want my child to just keep bouncing like crazy without paying attention to any of the toys around her. This is a GREAT option if you have older siblings that will also be playing with your younger one. My 4 year old loves playing with this with her baby sister, the microphone is her favorite. The three musical toys on the base (piano, book, and drum) have two noise settings, the lower setting is perfect for us, not too loud. I don't find the songs annoying in any way. The musical toys on the base are also "smart" in that, if set to the right mode, play at the same time when only one of them is pressed. I have called the company myself and have confirmed that all plastics are BPA free. The plastics in this product are PP, ABS, and EVA (a common platic used for teethers), which all seem acceptable.Things you need to be aware of:This has a large footprint. Although this doesn't bother me at all.The seat really doesn't turn as well as it probably should. I have not gotten around to calling the company, but I will soon and update my review with their response. The seat is not an issue for us at this point. This is made in China.

Such a great toy.
My son loved this exersaucer. He used it from the age of four months to about one year. Even after he started cruising and wanted less to be constricted within this, we took the toys out of it, and he loved playing with the toys on the floor. I'm reselling mine to another family today, but I wanted to write this review because, honestly, I'm tearing up a little thinking of not having this toy anymore. My son spent a lot of time in this and he loved every moment in this.I do feel weird about him having plastic in his mouth, and he wanted to chew all the plastic parts, so I put socks on top of the red, blue, and green plastic parts that are sticking up. That way, I could wash the socks and didn't have to wash the plastic all the time, and I think it may have helped a bit with the plastic exposure (though, honestly, I'm not totally certain). Also, his rubber Sophie the giraffe fit upside-down in one of the holes for the plastic parts, so we would put Sophie in there and he would chew on Sophie's legs. When it didn't have a sock on it, he enjoyed the mirror on the blue plastic thingy. When my son was very little, we hung other toys from the toybar so he had more to play with, and also to give more variety, but I don't think it was necessary. My son played with a few other exersaucers while visiting family members, but this was the best one as far as I could tell. It is solidly built, and all of the toys still work after all this time. I think it could be used for multiple children.I didn't have to change the batteries excessively for most of the parts, but the blue one with the little yellow drum, for some reason, that one ate up the batteries like crazy if I didn't remember to turn it off (I never remembered to turn it off). The rest of it, even though I never turned them off, those didn't eat up batteries.
