I just turned 65 and have always had problems with my heels cracking, I mean cracking to bleed. Not only do I prefer bare feet (so don't wear socks either) but I also have very dry skin, even with best intentions....not a creams person. I would get pedicures on a regular basis (which they would cut with razor) but within a couple of weeks back to square one. I sprayed my heels with the softener, waited couple minutes, used my rasp, sprayed again waited 2 minutes rasped again then soft filed...it has been a week and my heels are still smooth as a baby's ....you know what....AND I never got that oh oh scrubbed to hard burn that comes when you're determined to get it all in one go....lol Wish I'd known about this product when I owned my spa (24 years) some clients I had to work so hard to get to smooth as in Canada you are not suppose to cut calluses only rasp and file.

I too bought this product after getting a pedicure from local high end spa. I work out about 4-5 times a week so my heels take some abuse. After getting the pedi my feet were soft as a baby's bottom. Sexy feet! Whoo hoo. So I had to buy the product for home use. it is expensive but only a couple of sprays per foot will be needed. I even use it in the shower when my feet are wet. I simply rest my foot on the side of the tub, spray one foot a couple of times and use a foot file to remove all rough skin and calluses. I have a two sided foot file from Sally's. Yes I'm not leaving the product on my skin but my feet come out so soft I don't care. It handles cracked heels, calluses, rought skin. I also have the cracked heel foam as well , but I don't use that as often. I'm saving that for the dead of winter.
