These are amazing. I’ve not been able to do yoga for well over a year due to the arthritis in my hands and wrists. These are a game changer for me. The change in alignment of the wrists when using these blocks makes it possible for me to bear weight on my hands and hold poses. I’m so happy I bought these.

Really Helps!
I have arthritis throughout my hands and wrists which really hurts when I do yoga. I love yoga and will not stop it but do have to find other ways when I do certain poses that take my full weight on my hands. These are really helpful!!

I've only used them a few times during my practice, but they do the job.

Helpful decrease in wrist joint pressure.
These "blocks" have imprints of the palmar aspect of your hands so one can actually enlist the muscles of the hand and forearm in simple plank, push-ups, and any other pose requiring the hands to be used directly or inderectly below one's shoulders to hold oneself up. The blocks utilize these hand imprints to allow for two different levels making side bends or side poses available to those who cannot reach the floor without block, again reducing wrist joint stress. My only critique is that they slide on one's mat should the force applied to the be tangential; as tangiential forces exist in poses such as downward dog.
