Remote works fine. Liked overall performance. Efficiency is really at its best ⚡ However, full speed (RPM) is not upto scale. Also, causes too much noise on full speed and on boost mode.

Writing this review after 6 months of usage. Pros: BLDC Fan which saves electricity Looks good Easy to install like any other fan. Have remote control Cons: Makes very much noise The range of remote is not good The fan stopped working after 6 months of usage and then started my horrible experience with Orient Customer care. I contacted their customer support to register my complaint. They said technician will visit soon. After 2 days technician visit and told me its PCB is damaged and need to be replaced. But it will take 4-5 days because they have to place request with company. After 5 days no one came to fix the PCB. I contacted customer support again and they provided me contact number of local service center. Customer support said now I need to contact the local service center only and they can't do anything in my case. I contacted the local service center and they told me that the order is already placed for my PCB and now they also can't do anything. Even after 15 days when part never arrived Local service manager gave me a phone number of the inventory manager. That guy was very rude and don't even have manners to talk. Said they will dispatch the part soon. Now if you can wait for 20-30 days for service then its okay or otherwise I'll suggest you go for some other brand because the service of Orient is Pathetic. The fan is very essential during summer time. Choose wisely. I thought Orient is a trusted brand but now I realize I made a horrible mistake.

Very nice fan, worth buying

My ownest review and experience for oriant i-tome 1. Noise level - very irritate noise like airplane. It's noticeable point (really headache) Only 1,2,3 speed is silent (3/5) 2.remote- medium quality remote but working fine (4/5) 3. air flow - rpm good but medium air flow compare to normal fan(3.5/5) 4. energy efficiency -very good (5/5) 5.material - lower body plastic, main body and Blade alluminium.(4/5) 6.paint quality -medium like budget fan (4/5) 7. design- very good (5/5) 8. packaging - good (4/5) 9.easy to install-yes 10.service oriant & Amazon - very good (4/5)

THe Fan is good and works very well. Air throw is good and is very quite. Blade material is very good (infact I found it better than Atomberg Renesa). The centre circular part is made of good quality plastic and doesn't look or feel cheap. I own Atomberg Renessa, Havells Efficiencia Neo, and Orient i Tome energy efficient fans and if I have to rate them overall - Orient sits in between Atomberg and Havells with Atomberg as my first choice. Atomberg Rennesa has a contemporary design whereas Orient I Tome is mix of modern + Regular design. The only area where I see Orient is dominating Atomberg is its looks. In all other areas Atomberg is much better option. Couple of features that I miss in Orient I Tome is LED lights which can act as Night Lamp and Speed Indicator. Both Atomberg Rennesa and Orient I Tome are of almost same price. For some reason if you don't like Atomberg then you can go for this one.

Good product and the design is quite modern. Its 56 inch fan would be more nice but I myself bought the 48 inch version. When it is in the speed passing no 3 the fan air flow is quite good for big room but as per the design it create some air noise not much but when you will be in empty room you can hear but otherwise its air flow is very good. Paint not sure if it's dust proof but I know never works for any fan hence ok as anyhow whatever paint it has it needs regular cleaning. Recommending this fan for rooms which are max 12X12 of sizes.
