Good day, and thank you for your question! With the HPLC chemical testing method 56mg/kg. Please be aware that the HPLC chemical testing method is the certified by the IOC (International Olive Council) chemical testing method. Other testing methods not certified by the IOC can give higher number results for the same tested sample. Additionally, this product has the 5mg/20g of Hydroxytyrosol (and its derivatives) needed to fulfill the EU Health Claim. I hope the above helps, please let me know if we may further assist. Is this actually first cold press or just cold extraction?

Greetings from Greece, this is James from PJ KABOS and I would like to thank you for your interest in our product! Cold-Pressed was a technique used mostly in the past. This was later replaced with Cold-Extraction which is the purest, most modern technique and produces a higher quality product. Ours, is first Cold-Extracted, and I personally supervise the process. Only centrifugal force is used to extract the oil from the organic olives (by spinning the organic olive paste at high speed in a stainless steel drum), no heat or chemicals are used. What is the expiration date?
