OMG there are some millennial whiners out there! I’m sorry your dad didn’t teach you basic mechanical skills and visual analytical reasoning. The paint job on mine was fine-no runs or chips. The install? Yeah, no instructions, but if you can’t look at the pictures on amazon and figure it out, well, then you shouldn’t be driving a Jeep anyway! Seriously, I installed this at night with a flashlight and basic hand tools in about 10 minutes. You’ll need 5 an 6 mm Allen wrenches and a 13mm socket wrench with a 3 or 6 inch extension. Remove the two mount bolts at the visor and upper part of the A-pillar with the 13mm socket. Bad form if you slip, hit the windshield and crack it.Assemble the small two holed piece first with the provided short screws. The large cone side is up. Take the longer of the two long screws and feed through the rounded end piece, then the hole in the handle, then the shorter hexagonal piece through it. This goes into the A-pillar hole. Use the 6 mm Allen wrench to help screw it in enough to hold it in place. Use the shorter of the long screws to mount the upper part of the handle to the visor mount, with the cone part of the longer hexagonal tube pointed down. Tighten everything up. It’s not rocket science, and I should know, as I was one. If you can figure out how to put these on in less than a half hour, then you’ve proven you’re capable of buying more cheap add-ons for your Jeep from China. Now move to something more advanced, like a light bar. That involves electricity.

We've had these installed for about a week. With a lifted Jeep, these make it so much easier to hop in. We considered the straps that attach to the roll-bar but wanted something that was fixed. The red really complements the grey of the Jeep.Installation was easy once I looked at the pictures. It did not include directions. Took about 45-minutes (20 of which was taking apart the trim to get a piece that I dropped).I recommend this style handle as an alternative to the roll-bar straps. We now have space on the driver side for a sunglass holder on the roll-bar!

Easy to install and such awesome quality. Would love to see more products from them. Need some rear grab bars for my JK.

Wife loves them in her Rubicon. Doesn’t come with instruction but if you can’t look at a picture and figure it out in 10 seconds then you probably should pay someone to take care of you. They take 15 min to install and that includes the time to unbox and make sure all the parts are there.There are 2 different length bolts...that is done intentionally. Don’t be like the guy complaining 2 of his bolts were the wrong size.🤣

So I was annoyed with no instructions, yet was able to figure out from the Amazon picture. Frustrated when i realized the second set of long bolts were too short. So i assembled it san the knob. It looks great & sturdy. I'll see how it holds against the kid's & wife.

I have a 2017 JK (2 door)The install took me about 30 minutes. I didn't have to hack/augment anything, which is very uncommon for Jeep mods. This product is very strong and does exactly what I bought it to do; help me haul my old rear in and out of the jeep. My Girlfriend likes them much better than the flimsy straps that came with the Jeep.One minor complaint: These restrict the visors from articulating fully forward into the windshield. I don't think it'll be as big an issue as it would be with other vehicles because the Jeep's windshield is so minimally raked. If this becomes a huge issue, I'll report back. I deducted one star for this issue.
