Fails quickly and poor warranty support
*Edit 7/11/23Roborock never responded to me via chat, email, nor the Amazon messaging service. After many attemps, I was able to get Amazon to offer a full refund of my purchase.*Edit 4/16/23Roborock still won't respond to me. The unit had made a grinding noise on start up a fews times. Probably from corrosion from the internals being soaked with water. A rear wheel completely fell of and the kickstand still dangles and needs to be taped to the machine.Today when cleaning the unit (since hair and fur doesn't go into the dirty tank and instead builds up on the rollers and sprayers), I discovered the plastic suction tube that connects the head of the unit to the body was broken nearly in two. Now the unit is completely inoperable. If Roborock does not respond I will have to file a chargeback with my credit card provider.*Edit 1/4/23Roborock still won't respond to my messages via Amazon or email. Their online chat only refers back to their email support that leads nowhere. Their phone agent said she couldn't handle the issue and referred to use email. I am checking to see if Amazon can provide any support. It also appears thast Roborock has discontinued this vacuum and will be releasing a 'Pro' version soon. This current Dyad can't be purchased online anymore. The fact that there are so many issues for such an expensive product and that they discontinued it in less than a year shows that is a low quality product that they don't stand behind. Good luck to anyone that has an issue once their warranty 'support' is over. The vacuum did an okay job at cleaning floors. It was better than using my old corded steam mop. It did need a full manual cleaning after every use. Using just the self clean function in the charging stand would leave it smelling very musty and unpleasant especially when using. Dirt and hair would collect on the spray nozzles instead of being sucked up into the debris/water tank.Shortly after using the vacuum, I got the E5 error. I figured this was due to something clogging the rollers/spray nozzles. It woud resume working after a manual clean. Soon this error became more frequent until the vacuum would only run a few seconds before shutting down with the error. Researching online shows this to be a common error with the fan/suction motor. This happened after using the vacuum about 30 times. Also, before the E5 error crippled the vacuum, the awkward kickstand stopped latching in place. It would dangle freely while using the vacuum.Roborock accepted the warranty work after I sent them pictures and videos of the issue. At first they tried to get me to pay for the shipping to them, but relented after I questioned them. They sent the vacuum back out about a week after they received it. However, when I opened the shipping box, I found the vacuum soaking wet in its bag. They didn't empty the water tank when they packed it up. After its prolong shipping time thanks to Fedex's operational issues, the tank drained all over the vacuum while sealed in a bag.In addition to the vacuum being soaked in water for a week, the kickstand wasn't repaired and a caster wheel on the unit was broken.Since this vacuum failed after minimal use, I have no confidence that it will last much longer after being water damaged.Support has been less than helpful regarding these issues. Their only offer is to accept a $30 credit and to send the vacuum back to fix the kickstand and wheel.Do yourself a favor and don't buy this vacuum. It is overpriced compared to its competitors. It has desigin flaws that will cause it to fail. See Amazon reviews, Reddit, or other forums for similar issues. Warranty support might fix your vacuum, but they'll try to stick you with the shipping costs and can cause even bigger issues that they'll refuse to properly address.

Amazing! Until it stopped working. (UPDATE!!)
Update: Changed my review back to 5 stars. Roborock customer service was very speedy in swapping our unit. We shipped the original one with the shipping label they sent us and I received a new one a week and a half later. We are using it at the moment and enjoying how efficient and how easier it makes our lives! Hopefully, the first one just an isolated issue. Thanks, Roborock! We’ve bought other vacuums which have lasted a long time before inevitably wearing out and having issues. The Roborock Dyad is a genius idea that really saves time by mopping/drying/vacuuming at the same time on our hardwood floors. However our unit lasted exactly two months before showing the error code E5. The first issue we experienced was out of the box the Dyad would not take the water from the faucet. The sensor would not recognize the water tank was full and would keep asking to fill it up. We tried probably 20 times and it finally did. By searching online on this issue we found it it a known issue which should be address by the manufacturer. After that frustrating first day, we had no water issues until about the 2 month mark when first the suction fan started emitting a high pitch noise when running. A couple days later the vacuum would show a E5 error at which point the fan was not running anymore. I looked in the manual and there is no E5 error for this model (only has E4 lol). Looks online for the error in other models I found it meant the fan stopped working which it was the case. I say the vacuum on its base and ran a cleaning cycle and somehow the fam restarted. After this it worked for another week and it died again with the E5 error but this time it wort work again.I’m dealing with the warranty service at the moment so I’ll update with the results. It’s very disappointing because this really is a great product that saves time and energy around the house!

Bad support but good device
I got the dyad a year ago. The device is good. The back wheels are so tiny that it can break easy, mine broke within a year. It creates an imbalance, does not clean, creates a lot of noice on floor. I went to the main website, there is no accessories for replacing the back wheels. This pretty much makes the device unusable.
