This would have been a great product had it not been almost 2 years out of date!!!!!

This is an excellent supplement which includes a very large dosage of turmeric, standardised to 95% curcumin, with 1.6 of curcumin per tablet.The tablets are somewhat large, and while I am not a massive fan of tablets and much prefer capsules, this does offer unbeatable value, with almost 3x the dosage of most capsules yet half the price of one standard capsule.The only thing that might let this down is that there is nothing to increase bioavailability, and the problem with that is because curcumin has a very low bioavailability in the body, so you don't absorb much of it at all.Most supplements include bioperine / piperine / black pepper extract, as that has been shown to increase bioavailability by 20x. I would recommend to the brand that they include this as an ingredient and just very slightly decrease the dosage of curcumin.For other buyers, I would recommend that you take this at the same time as any other supplements which include black pepper extract, and / or take it alongside omega 3 oil, as that has also been shown to increase bioavailability.Despite that one small issue, it really is a great supplement so long as you do have something to increase absorption alongside it.

I have been taking turmeric for a while now, and these ones did not disappoint. They are a tablet rather than a capsule but taking them with fluid you don’t notice. Very pleased with them.

I’m using a number of Sky Premium Life supplements from this Greek brand and been really happy with them. They are reasonable priced whilst not compromising quality. If they can be made vegan they can which is appreciated. You also get a very long expiry date of around a year so plenty of time to use. The tablets are of a size that are easy enough to swallow. They comes glass jar that can be easily recycled with a screw lid.You get 60 tablets here and the recommended daily serving is 1 so this should last you around 2 month. You are getting a decent dosages of 1400 mg here.Certainly one to consider.
