Will these survive in AZ?

They can be grown indoors in AZ next to a south or east facing window or in a greenhouse. They should not be grown outside in AZ during the warmer half of the year or indoors next to a north facing window.

Can these plants burn up fast if you leave them in the sun for to long?

I'm not an expert, but mine is outside in the Houston sun and heat, which is substantial. Doing great. Just please remember -- water only with distilled water or rain water. Honestly, tap water will kill it quickly.
