Big Horn 19539 1-1/2 inch Dia x 2 Inch Sanding Sleeves

Use these mainly for guitar making - was hoping, and they did, fit on my old Clesco drum

Work great and clean up well with a sanding cleaner

The sanding drum set is utilized by a 1/4 inch shank cylinder that you put into your hand drill. They are stout and last a good long time and lots of sanding. The drum sleeves are great but they come with several sizes of cylinders and only a couple actually fit well enough to do any sanding. The ones that didn't fit well the sanding drums would not hold and therefore not spin to do sanding. The ones that work are great for sanding the inside of round or oblong holes in your work piece.

Bought these to supplement the ones that come with big horn 19521 kit. Fit perfectly as one would expect.

looks good! yet to see if used

Big horn sleeves work well, but are hard to slip on core. With careful use of mallet and muscle power, I managed to slide it to about 75 percent, which was fine for use with my drill press.

The sanding sleeves seem to be well made. I thought I would have used more in my initial project, but have only used 2 of the coarsest grits. These fit the Big Horn drums well.

Cylinders are nice and thick to prevent tearing. The only problem is they tend to peel before the grit wears out.
