This package was shown with the 2 1/2 inch drum set as so I ordered it. Only after receiving this did I notice that these sleeves were only 2 inches! They can still be used for sanding, but their usefulness is diminished. Also, these sleeves do not indicate the grit number anywhere on them. I have to rub a finger on the grit to guess what number they are.

Not suitable for hard steel or soft wood. Grits should be marked on the inside.

I haven’t used the sanding sleeves yet, but they are what I wanted. I do wood working projects and they should work just fine.

The inside of the sleeves aren't marked so you don't really know if you're getting the grits the product description lists. The sleeves come nestled inside one another, but if they slip out and get jumbled up in the storage bag it's gonna be hard to figure out which grit is which. Still, a pretty good price so you can't have it all, I guess.

I was hoping for longer tubes. I also wished they came off easier once used.Otherwise, they are a useful alternative to the oscilating machines.

I bought this solely off the 'typically bought together recommendation' of the 19521 drum sanding kit without looking at specs.These drums are not as long as what's in the kit. They are NOT a proper companion to the kit.

Product seems to work fine so far.
